Dear Secretary ,

I'm very regretful about today's unpresence in the youth club. I was very busy this day. I had a lot of works which are given by boss and he wants this all files to be completed in 24 hours , Youth club is 20 km away 2 hours will waste at coming and going 30 mins for traffic and 5 to 6 hours in discussion and I wI'll not able to complete the files and I was having a little fever even so I cannot able to come. I am very thankful to you that you have thought I am capable to attend this discussion of kindness to animals. Hope you will understand my problems. Next time when I will get chance I will surely visit the youth club once. I really want to attend the discussion.
