Dear Diary:

I had a new spiritual experience today at the Art of Living Workshop! The Art of Living teacher made the students do a unique and profound breathing technique, known as Sudarshan Kriya that restored body, mind and spirit into its natural rhythm of being. The teacher enlightened us about the benefits of the Kriya. The technique eliminates stress, fatigue and negative emotions such as anger, frustration and depression, leaving the mind calm, focused and the body energized, completely relaxed. The calm, peace, and serenity that I felt, is still lingering on with me. I feel more positive, energized and optimistic. My interest in studies has increased. I feel I should do it regularly to achieve all round balance, peace, and success in my life.

Today I have attended the seminar conducted by art of living .


The speaker is the founder of the art of living organization Sri Sri ravi shankar ji.


He is the man with noble thoughts and believes in positivity.


He gave us many examples in his speech where we can lrearn to be patient,smart ,calm and get the works doen with a smile on the face too.


He made us do sudharshan kriya after hwich i felt very good and awakened.
