you have seen a classmate tear pages from books in the library.Although you have spoken to him about this,he denies doing anything wrong.Discuss with your partner what you should both do

first i will  try to catch him while he tears and tell him to stop doing so.
if he doesnt listen  ill complain this to class monitor,even if this doesnt stop him 
i will complaint to library teacher and class teacher,even if this doest work i will complaint to the principal.

First, I will advice him, not to do so.
If he didn't obeys I will try to say him the consequences. If it fails, I will tell to the class leader.
If he didn't obeys, I will take to our class teacher, and then, he will be punished.

If he obes first itself, he will be safe from the punishment.
