Dear Madam,

I would like to inform you that some of the senior students and freshmen wish to attend a youth camp for their activities session hours this time. As the head of the board of student body, I would like to request you to arrange for a chaperone and allow us to attend this camp.

Since we saw about this youth camp in our very own school newspaper, I would like to request you to look into it with more information so the students can have an easier time convincing their parents.

Furthermore we would like some information on the cost of this entire trip, whether the college would provide us with transport or not, what type of accommodation would be provided to us as well as if there is anything anyone needs to bring to help out. Lastly, it would be great if you could give a briefing on the expected activities as well to help make it clearer.
