To start a friendly relationship with neighbours, invite them to have a meal with you. Get to know them better by including them in parties that you host, or other such programmes. Make sure that the children in your family spend enough time with the neighbour's children, as, when the children become friends, it becomes easier for adults to communicate and start a friendship. Thus, by doing so, you can make the relationship with your neighbours more friendly.
