1. are you okay?

2. what did you felt like right before the earthquake?

3. how much did the ground shake? was it really stronge?

4. did you learn any precaution measure for the future with this experience?

5. how long did it last?

6. would you like to talk about the after effects of the earthquake?

7. would you like to describe the...well..the atmosphere and the tremors?

8. do you think you would be ready for the next time something like this happens?

9. how do you think the tremor affected everyone, mentally?

10. what advice or some soothing words would you like to give the other survivors and other people so that they would be ready?

well, this is what I would ask...if you are going to write it your way, just remember that these are the sensitive stuff and you shouldn't write things which sound like you are forcing them to answer

• Is that commucation facilities at that time?
• Do you help any of your neighbors?
• What kind of damage did you faced?
• How many casualties were there?
• Are there any survivor?
• If yes were are they located?
• How did you find strength to survive?
• What is your plan for future to recover form this loss?
