Singing is not just my hobby but also my passion. Recently my school announced singing competitions. The selected students will form a team and participate in inter-school competitions. I got very excited at the same time little nervous. My mother encouraged me a lot and helped in my practice. I got selected for the team and it is like a miracle for me. The day of inter-school competitions approached soon. We did not realize time as we were in constant practice. Our turn to sing came. We all took deep breaths, closed our eyes and started singing. We got standing applause from the audience and also won laurels for school. Everyone appreciated our school, our teachers, parents and us. This memory always remains in my heart afresh.
