Answer:

Solution A is acidic

solution B is basic

Solution A has more H+ ion concentration

Explanation:

The explanation for this is simple.

The Solution A has a pH which is less than 7( neutral mark) because of which its acidic ( i.e.6)

The Solution B has a pH which is more than 7 because of which its basic in nature(i.e. 8)

Solution A being an acid furnishes H+ ions in its aqueous form whereas Solution B furnishes OH- ions in this state.

Naturally Solution A has greater H+ ion concentration in its aqueous state

hope this answer helps. :)

solution a has more hydrogen ion concentration and solution a is acidic and solution b is basic

Explanation:

ph value normally ranges from 0 to 14 and 7 is the pH value of neutral sol. pH value less than 7 is of acidic sol. and if pH value is more than 7 then it is basic solution

and acidic solution have more hydrogen ion concentration and less hydroxide ion concentration but

bases have less hydrogen ion concentration and more hydroxide ion concentration

the more pH value decreases the more the solution becomes acidic and the more the solution have hydrogen ion concentration and less hydroxide ion concentration

the more the pH value increases the more the solution becomes basic and the less the solution have hydrogen ion concentration and more hydroxide ion concentration

so the answer is clear

hope this will help u
