time = 2s

v = u+at

0 = u + -6*2

0 = u +(-12)

0 = u-12

u = 12 m/s

s = ut +1/2*at^2

s = 12*2+1/2*-6*2^2

s = 24+(-3*4)

s = 24 - 12

s = 12 m = distance
