You have two bottles.One is a 10 litre bottle and the other is 9 litre bottle.Without using any other measurement equipment or help other than these 2 bottles,pour exactly 8 litre of water in the 10 litre bottle.You can fill the bottles with any water source.You can also drop water ,if necessary on the ground.​

First fill the 9 litre bottle. Then empty it into the 10 litre bottle. 1 litre of water can still be poured into the 10 litre bottle. Now again fill the 9 litre bottle and pour as much of water as possible into the 10 litre bottle. Since 1 litre of water can be poured into the 10 litre bottle, 8 litre of water remains in the 9 litre bottle. Now, empty the 10 litre bottle and pour the 8 litre of water remaining in the 9 litre bottle into the 10 litre bottle.
