Today was such an exciting day! You know what, I won the first prize in the quiz competition! My parents were very happy and so were my friends. The quiz was on biodiversity and I had a great desire to study the topic. When it was said that the quiz was on biodiversity I quickly registered myself. The questions were not difficult and I did it easily. But to my great surprise I came first which was unexpected. I was very elated and I received a trophy and a certificate. My parents were very proud. It was a very good day.

Dear diary,
Today has been a wonderful day for me. Today I won a prize in a quiz competition, it was held in our school. First there was an elimination round,in which there were 10 questions we had to write. I passed it with the highest score. Then, was the oral quiz round....and hurrah...i was the leading scorer..it was so much fun..with applause and praises...love this day.Now, i have to go, got to complete my homework.
