Today was such an exciting day! You know what, I won the first prize in the essay competition! My parents were very happy and so were my friends. The essay was on biodiversity and I had a great desire to study the topic. When it was said that the quiz was on biodiversity I quickly registered myself. The essays were not difficult and I did it easily. But to my great surprise I came first which was unexpected. I was very elated and I received a trophy and a certificate. My parents were very proud. It was a very good day.
