You know concrete is used for construction of buildings/structures. Concrete is basically prepared on-the-spot by mixing three
materials mainly. a) Cement b) Sand and c) Rock fragments (and ofcourse water). Now the ratio of these 3 materials is fixed based
upon what type of structure you are making. You are constructing a residential building for which you are maintaining a ratio of 1
part of cement, 1 part of sand and 2 parts of rock fragments. If total concrete you have prepared is 280 tonnes, can you tell us the
share of all the three materials used? (Ignore the water content for this example)​
