you could go around and hand people papers saying that Florida causes health problems. or give it to restaurants and ask them to give a paper out with there food.

Yes fluoride causes health hazards but in excessive quantity if we use fluoride in lesser quantity it is useful. Fluoride is used in small amount in toothpastes to avoid oral cavities but if fluoride is in large amount it will damage the teeth badly.
For the awareness of village people we can arrange seminars, door to door awareness campaigns, media and pamphlets bearing the instructions for useful and hazardous use of fluoride.
