Have you ever considered doing a negativity fast? A negativity fast is all about focusing on positivity. That means speaking positively, choosing to think positively, and being positive. Challenge yourself (and those taking this course with you) to take on a 1-day negativity fast. Look for every opportunity to be more positive than you’ve ever been. After the 1-day fast, analyze what was different about your interactions with other people. Did you use different words? Did you start to think differently? Evaluate whether you liked the challenge and if it helped you. Explain your feelings.
