Sir,
I am Virendra Bose, the sarpanch of Sajanpur. I want to inform you that there is no dispensary in my village.
The people of my village are suffering too much for this. They cannot see a doctor when they feel ill, they need to go to another village or town. They requested to me for a dispensary where they will at least get a doctor and get necessary medicines. I am asking you to consider the situation of the villagers.
I would be highly obliged if you give us permission to open a dispensary here.
