This is inform to you all that my briefcase is lost while i am traveling in the bus in my briefcase so many are inportant things it was black in colour it was of 2 inch its compny is bajaj if any one got that briefcase then please inform in the police office

first you have to write the format of notice& explain your content & also describe the information about your briefcase . for ex- what is the colour of the briefcase & also what are the important documents & important things you have in &then last write your name & your contact number.
