Sir,

Yesterday while travelling on a local bus I lost my small bag. Apart from cash money, it contained a cheque for a heavy amount. If that bag were to fall into the wrong hands, the cheque could be misused. Kindly block the cheque from being processed if anyone were to take it to the bank. The cheque number is 002345.

I would be highly obliged if you could process this request. It would save me from incurring a great mishap.
