Hello! dear,
Your answer goes like this ...
According to the Question you asked,I will prefer both enemy and friend in me.But I cannot see WORST enemy,Even though I see a best friend in me.
Sometimes when we did a mistake on our favorite one's,We feel more than Worst enemies in ourselves,But being like that is very bad.
As we do a good think,Then automatically our good {or} Best friend's character will be shown out.
Sp,I support both the statements you given.
Hope It helps you dear.

It's true. Indeed.
Here's why:
So, us, humans, we are social animals and that is true. But what we fail we see is that we can actually survive on our own. Yes, you don't need a gf or bf to make your life happy. You can just start loving yourself and also you won't have those heart breaks and breakups on mundane things. We are our own best friend. A man can survive alone. But the other side of the coin is, we are own own worst enemy. When we begin to underestimate our own selves then, we are, ourselves, the worst enemy we could have. We tend to blame ourself for the misery around us. That is usually seen in the people suffering from depression (Yes, depression is a disease). So, yes we our own worst enemy and also the best friend.
