You may see Kittanara, a xeric
plant, grown as fence around crop
fields in some areas in our state.
Actually those places are not
desert. How can they grow there?

Answer:
the plant has made an adaptation to its environment it had been planted it
Explanation:
this should be true because plants and animals make what is called adaptations to their environment. just like a cactus a cactus is just like any other plant and needs water to survive but you see most cacti plants grow wild in desert climates because it made adaptations to be able to store water in itself to make it until the next time it rains or some kind of water reaches the cactus. think also of camels camels have to have water like every other animal but since it lives in desserts it has those humps on its back to store water. both examples are examples of adaptations
