Dear Diary:
Life is full of happy surprises. I met my childhood friend, Rati today at the Mall while I was shopping there. It was she who recognized me in the crowd! I had been really longing to meet her for quite some time. We used to be bosom pals during our childhood. We would go school together and used to share almost everything. We used to spend our weekends together either at my place or her place. Even our parents had become good friends. Then after 10th standard, her father was transferred to Hyderabad. Gradually the interaction lessened; then both of us became busy in our own life. I am so happy to meet her again. She told me she has shifted again to this city. I thank God for having given us the opportunity to be together again.
Today when I went out for shopping at [name of the mall] I met my friend Rati, I was surprised to see her as I didn't see her since a long time now, I was amazed to find her at the nearest mall I was looking for her, I tried to find her on facebook and also asked a lot of my other friends if they know where she lives now, but no one seemed to know, I thought maybe she went abroad.
She was one of my good friends and I was truly amazed to see her, we had lunch together, exchanged numbers and also decided to meet next at my place. I cannot wait to see her.
Ok, diary now I will go sleep I will keep you updated about her next visit to my place.
