In a cooperative,people with common intrests come together and work for their mutual benefit.

in a milk cooperative, the cow herds & and milk disturbuters form a group and take up certain activities collectively. they procure milk from cow herds and disturbute it amongst processers to pakage the milk. the cooperative also does the markreting.so,the role of the traders and merchants is reduced and the the cow herds get a fair price.

some examples of milk cooperatives are vijaya milk diary, sangham milk etc
