you must have read in the newspapers about the vast devastation in uttarakhand by cloud burst follwed by flash flood. there was a lot of damage to property and lives. In your opinion, what precautionary measures could be taken to reduce such happening in future?

In 2013 a devastating flash flood occurs in Uttarakhand. In my opinion the main thing is that man destroyed the nature . So obviously the nature would bounce back and take revenge on us. Man had destroyed 1 1/2 forest of our environment . So men had to plant more trees to prevent Soil erosion which would also stop causing the flash flood . As the trees have a relationship between wether so rain occurs time to time .
