Its For the workers,
so you can't say about their bad work.

you can say like :
"your work is very good and your colleagues also doing it i m very happy but i m trusting on you.
you need to focus little bit extra. i know its hard to say but if our organization is now growing..so need to do some extra..you are main part of it."

Rest u can think like your worker..and think if you were at that place ..what u will expect.
