You notice that your best friend often picks quarrels with your juniors. What could be the reason?

I am not too happy to see my best friend, Rahul is constantly fighting with the juniors.
For no reason Rahul starts fighting with the juniors. He tries to bully them at first, and when they get defensive, Rahul fights with them.
I want to explain to him that his behaviour towards the juniors is not right, and he should change his behaviour and try to be friends with juniors. If he changes his attitude, then the juniors will also start respecting him.
He fights with them over very small issues, for instance while travelling in the school bus he asks the juniors to get up form their seat even though, they would have sat on the seat first. This he does because Rahul feels that some seats in the bus are only meant from him and his friends. This is not liked by the juniors. I want to tell him that he behaves very badly with our juniors, and if he does not change his attitude I will stop talking to him.
