You can say like this..."dear friend,please don't do like this....you are making this place dirty...you are making your surroundings dirty....imagine that you are doing this everyday...your surroundings will be full of litter...there will be bad smell and also it may cause many diseases.so please don't do like this and advice your friends if u see them doing like this.."
