To stop disturbing the elderly citizens first you should go and tell them to stop troubling them and be a little kinder!! If that does not help then go and ask the elderly person to tell you about there family and with the help of your parents go and tell them to accompany them when they travel alone!!
To make the people more sensitive about people we can do campaigns against these people and try to find out about there homes and go and tell there grandparents or parents that your children disturb the old people!! Teach those people that whenever you see any old person standing then give up your seat and make them sit!! Have some respect for the old person!!
