1. this is a severe prob that needs to be ended as it is draining our one of the imp resources i.e. electricity. Further, the children are also getting careless which is also a prob in some ways or the other. Here the children are also not understanding the true value of education as in studies, they are taught to use our resources carefully so as to maintain them for the future generation but they aren't implying all these values in real life. So here they are lacking the moral values.
