Through this letter, I would like to bring to your notice that the product I ordered [Order no. #569426] was delivered in a damaged condition. The product was an Oppo F15. All the packaging was done extremely well but the phone had a crack on the side and the gorilla screen wasn't properly stuck leading to damaged display screen. I can find no use of this damaged product. I have attached all the required details of the purchase along with the picture of the damaged product with this letter. I have been ordering from your store for the past few years and I have been always happy with the prompt and good deliveries.
It has been really depressing to see this delivery of the damaged product. I sincerely request you to exchange the product with a new one as soon as possible.
