I am writing you this letter due to my due to my dissatisfaction in the consignment that you have given me after my order .

I have ordered some books for the new session of 2019 -20 .When I received my consignment ,the books were of old edition and some books were torn.

Kindly replace my consignment , I am sending this consignment back to you through Speed Post .
