you planned to hop puja but rain spoil your plan write your feeling

I had planned to go pandal hopping with my family on the third day of Durga puja. All of us were very excited and we even sang while we were getting ready. It was drizzling, but I didn't mind thinking that it would soon stop. But it didn't and the moment we went out of our house it started raining cats and dogs. Thank god we didn't get get drenched. I didn't want my favourite dress to get spoilt. But something did get spoilt, and that is my plans! How terrible I felt and how my sister cried! I felt very sure that I would never again want rain to come. Utterly disappointed, my sister and I sat down and refused to eat or even change the dress. To cheer us up, father switched on on our favorite movie and ordered tasty snacks. Our mood did improve a little. God, this rain!

mud in puddles
cleaning my feet.

rumble and roar,
close the windows
and lock the door.

Clouds clouds
black and gray,
heavy with water
to drop all day.

Sun sun
is breaking through,
clouds are moving,
the rain stops too.

Rainbow rainbow
across the sky,
see-through colours
to tickle my eyes.
