I want to inform that recently I purchased an expansive phone from your company I started using it from the very first day firstly I was really satisfied with the price and the quality but slowly I started to find problems in the phone such as screen problems touch problems battery and overheating and I am really unsatisfied with it

I want to complain that I cannot use it furthermore I want you to either return it or refund me or exchange it I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness
