I clarified this doubt with my teacher she said yes we can fill water in it by soaking it in water for few days
She said take a bowl of water and place the coconuts eyes (they are the 3 dots) in the bowl and after some time u will find more water in the coconut because those 3 dots (eyes) are semi permeable
