Subject: Defective Washing Machine

Sir:

I bought an automatic VIP washing machine from your showroom on December 5, 2018, sale no. 9373. I regret to inform you that it is not cleaning clothes properly. In spite of rewashing the clothes in the machine, the spots and dirt remain stuck to the clothes.

I have been a regular customer of your products since 2007. You can look up my purchase record in your system. My customer identity is given on the invoice copy I am attaching with this letter. I appeal to you to have the fault repaired or the defective machine replaced. Looking forward to prompt response.

Yours truly,

Aakash

Respected Sir,

Myself Pratham I am from Kolkata, Vivek Vihar, recently I bought an LG washing machine from the well known Great Eastern Company, which have a partnership with you. After I get the machine delivered to my home we check the machine whether it's working properly or not. after trying several times the machine won't start so we checked what's the issue and got to know that the motor was damaged. When we informed the shop about this and ask them to replace it they directly denied it and said that it's our fault we broke it. It was all in front of them when we check the machine and got to know about the motor damage, but still, they are denying it so in the end there was no option but to write a letter to you about this issue. I want you either replace the machine or else refund our money ASAP. Or else I have to take strict legal actions against both the shop and the company. I have even attached the invoice bill for reference.

I hope to get a better response from you.

Yours Sincerely,

Pratham
