As a marketing manager for a local bank, I would start by collecting basic information on the demographics of the area. This will mean the age, occupations, and genders of the area. For example, kids won't be able to open a bank account so we will leave them out. Other people such as drivers or maids also hardly open bank accounts, so we will leave them out as well and will specifically target professionals, business people who are 22 years old and above.
The most important aspects would be to look at the basic income of people in the area since that is the most attractive aspect for any bank.
Basic demographic information can be found from any secondary source such as magazines and online articles.
