Subject-Reappear for unit test because of absence

Dear sir/madam,

                       I am Krishnendu from class 8-S and I was absent during the unit test because i was suffering from chickenpox.I was not able to attend the school from 1st of September to 20th of September and i missed off the exams during these days.

So,I kindly request you to give me a retest for unit test-1 and also leave of absence during that period.Please find attached medical certificate with this letter.
