you're frustrated because a member of your group keeps messaging you at odd hours of the day for help on a project. They send you seemingly urgent request s when you're sleeping or just waking up. you want to communicate to them that you do not want to be distributed with a flurry of questions at any time of day or night. Oh I had been suffered from the same situation.But please you've to set your own boundaries,find excuses to ignore them.You are a good human being that doesn't mean that you've to available at any time or cost..
