Yesterday I was reading a magazine that had an article about useful Ayurvedic tips and I was suddenly remembered of you because as aunty told me, you tend to eat a lot of junk food these days and due to which you are facing several health issues these days. The article said that one should eat fresh, seasonal and local food and also the food must be cooked using Ayurvedic spices like turmeric, ginger, cumin and coriander.  Also you must eat only as much as you can cup in the palms of your hands.  Eating dal chawal is a healthier option over junk food and always end your meals with salad and fruits.
