I once ordered a couple of books from Readers Digest UK (because I or my wife or both liked the look of them) and then filled in the necessary forms and read the small print that said I hadn’t really won but there would be a draw when I might win. So I sent all the books back, shrugged my shoulders and got on with my life.
Now if they’d included a cheque then I would put it in the bank until I needed it. I’d probably put it in my savings account even though last year I earned £65 for holding between 15 and 20k in my account throughout the year, so again I wouldn’t hold my breath.
The truth is, $10,000 really isn’t that much money. It wouldn’t buy me a house. Maybe it would buy me two laptops ruggedized to military standards. It’s not a life changing amount of money so, what I would do with it changes.
hope it is usful please mark it as brilliant and follow me thanks
