I don't think I got the prize of essay writing, but I did my best. I think the award was given to our class topper. On Annual Day, the time of awarding the prize, my heart beat quickened. The name was announced and the principal Madam announced the name, suddenly I heard my name and I am surprised. Then I go on stage and I get the first prize. My teachers, parents and my friends are very proud of me. The audience, teachers and principal clapped for me. I come down from the stage and the parents hug me. My friends came and went to the friend circle and appreciated me. I feel very proud of myself.
