Dear Sir/Ma'am

This is regard the purchase of a mobile phone Spice Jett from your store on 24th May 2021, worked fine for few months then it started developing serious faults afterwards. My bill number is CKB34565 and the date of purchase is 24th may 2021. The major problem is within two months of the purchase, the phone isn't getting charged and the screen light has gone too. Even after keeping the phone on charging for days there's nothing but a black screen and only a red light is shown after plugging in. We have heard a lot about your company and bought a phone from their trusting the services but this is disappointing.

Please provide us with a replacement or free service for the same.
