You recently bought a smart phone from Tele World. Ashok Nagar. It functioned well for a month but has now developed some snags. The screen goes blank in a minutes time and it's ringer goes off. Write a letter to the store manager asking for replacement of the item since it is still in warranty period.

I bought Samsung Galaxy J 7 Prime mobile phone from your showroom on March 10, 2020 sale no. 6398. I regret to inform you that it is a defective piece. Its screen goes blank in a minute's time and its ringer goes off.

I have been your regular customer since 2015. My customer id is 2078IN9. You can look up my purchase record in your system. I have been facing a lot of inconvenience and loss on account of the defective mobile phone. I appeal to you to replace the defective mobile phone as it is in the warranty period. Looking forward to a prompt response.
