               RECENTLY I HAD PURCHASED SOME ARTICLES FROM YOUR SHOP, DURING THE INDEPENDENCE SALE. ON RETURNING HOME, I FOUND A CLOTH TO BE FAULTY. SO, I IMMEDIATELY INFORMED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR REPLACEMENT/REFUND BUT I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT WITH THE STORE MANAGER FOR ANY FAULTY OR MISHANDLING CASES EITHER BY THE STORE OR BY THE CUSTOMER.  

              REQUESTING YOU TO PLEASE PROCESS MY REQUEST FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT, ACCORDING TO THE “CUSTOMER 10-DAYS RETURN POLICY”.  HOPE THAT YOUR SHOP WOULD RE-CHECK ALL ITEMS BEFORE ACCEPTING THEM FROM MERCHANTS. I DID NOT EXPECT SUCH INCONVINIENCES FROM SUCH A REPUTED OUTLET.

            PLEASE CONTACT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND I WILL RETURN ALL THE ARTICLES TO THE SHOP, ONCE I’M REFUNDED OR REPLACED WITH THE ARTICLES.
