Dear Sir,

I am one of your regular customers and I always take computer repair services from your shop. I am writing this email to let you know about the poor customer service that I have received recently from your shop. A few days ago, my computer was not working well and I took it to your shop.

Your care office promised to fix the issue in two or three days but it took him a week to fix it. I noticed that nothing has been fixed when I brought it back. I paid 50 $ to get it fixed but all the problems are still the same.

I am very disappointed and I hope you will take immediate action against him.
