I have some exciting news! I entered a photography competition at my school; we had to take a photograph showing the beauty of the natural world. I found the most beautiful butterfly, she had the most amazing wings, you would have loved her. I took a close up picture using the macro setting, her wing looked like jewels sparkling in the sunlight (I’ve put a copy in the envelope so that you can appreciate her beauty too). Guess what? I won! I have won the first prize which is a trip to our local art gallery for lessons from a famous photographer, how great is that?!
