Hello Madam/Sir,

    I want to bring something to your notice. I was travelling from Bangalore to Vasco. I thought that their train services are the best but my view is now completely changed. The coach was infected with cockroaches and the hygiene was not taken care off.

    The main things are that there are small children and old people that travel on the same train. They can get sick instantly and even for others, no one wants to travel with cockroaches.  

    If they can’t handle the cleanliness then they must shut down the train.

I hope you will bring the condition in front of everyone and bring the awareness.
