You said that when it is a normal fire we use water but water also contains oxygen. then how it is possible?????

After a chemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen, water is formed. Water has completely different properties of hydrogen and oxygen. So in normal fire, the heat evaporates the water. This cools the heat and the fire stops. Now how it doesn't stop in petrol. Because the vapors supports burning
