Today was a great day for me. Lately I was at the park, while I was having my small picnic I spotted a bird. There was something wrong with it, first I thought it was hungry. I offered some crumps of bread, but it didn’t quite want it. Then I noticed that a metal piece was stuck to its wing. After I removed the piece, I bandaged the wing and took the bird home with me. I gave the bird a soft pillow, some food and water and kept it in the balcony. I wanted to head out so I removed the bandage and left. When I came back the bird was gone, it left me a feather I feel like it said thank you to me. Now I feel a little sad but I’m happy that I could help the poor bird. “Kindness is free. Sprinkle it everywhere!”
