I don't understand where the society is going on. Today when iam.going to school i saw an eight year old girl who is begging near chitu pandey in chowraha i felt very bad
It is the age to get educated but not for working or begging.Now a days the government schools were also imoroved and they are implementing mid day meals and morning breakfasts, so the orphans and the Gvmt should take care of all thesw type of children who are working or. begging on roads by taking them.to some specialized places giving proper food and make them to study
