this is a very right statement there are aq lotyt of handbill and posters in the city which spoils its beauty this must be stoped imediatly there are many ways to do this most effective ways are it must be considered as crime to do this and if any body do this they have to pay heavy fine or inprisonment for a period of time this rule is very effective in america , people must think it is their country is getting spoiled they must put a stop to it
